About

Hi, I’m Heather! I’m a Certified Professional Organizer and REALTOR® who loves helping people make the most of their homes. I’ve often been the go-to person in my family when someone needs help getting things in order, and I finally decided to turn something I’ve always enjoyed into a profession. One experience that deeply shaped my approach to organizing was helping clear out my aunt’s home after she passed away. She had struggled with hoarding, and sorting through a lifetime of belongings was both physically exhausting and emotionally heartbreaking. Over five days, with the help of friends and family, we worked through the house, salvaging what we could and donating as much as possible. It was a difficult experience filled with memories, hard decisions, and plenty of tears. That experience stayed with me. I saw firsthand how overwhelming things can become when clutter builds up over time, especially when life takes an unexpected turn. It’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping people simplify their homes before things reach that point. My goal is to help people make those decisions at their own pace, with compassion and without judgment, so they can enjoy their homes and feel more prepared for whatever comes next.My experience as a sales representative and designer with Closet America gave me a great understanding of how people use their spaces, the storage challenges they face, and how to find solutions that fit their needs. Combined with my real estate experience, I can help you look at your home in a new way, whether you're trying to make everyday life easier or preparing for a move.I started Home Reset JAX to help people simplify their spaces and navigate life’s transitions with less stress. Whether you’re decluttering, preparing to sell, downsizing, or simply ready for a fresh start, I’d love to help you create a home that works better for you!
